Does Mimotopes offer a peptide library specific for protease substrate profiling?
Yes, it is called our REPLI PepSet. This off-the-shelf and ready to ship peptide library is useful for protease substrate profiling. The FRET peptide structure MCA-Gly-Gly-Gly-X-X-X-Gly-Gly-DPA-Lys-Lys is used in 512 wells, each containing 8 peptides. The peptides can tehn be deconvoluted for determination of the active peptide for your protease of interest. See document PP001 'PepSets-REPLi' on our literature page for moredetails.
